Damaged or incorrect delivery?
Each StudioVIX product is thoroughly inspected and securely packaged prior to dispatch. Larger items are delivered via a trusted, reputable logistics partner to ensure they arrive safely and undamaged.
Nevertheless, should you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@studiovix.nl, quoting your order number and including clear photos of the issue. We will of course provide an appropriate solution, such as repair, replacement, or refund. For more information, please refer to our general terms and liability conditions.
Sustainable service policy
At StudioVIX, we believe in sustainable quality. Our products are designed for long-term use, easy maintenance, and reparability. Should a defect occur over time, we offer the option to replace individual components rather than the entire product for nearly all our items. This ensures prolonged use and contributes to reducing waste and conserving raw materials.
Because our production is based in the Netherlands, we can maintain consistent, high-quality standards and respond quickly with service. Combined with thoughtful material choices and timeless design, we aim to provide you with lasting enjoyment — today and in the future.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer who has ordered a standard product via our webshop, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with the Dutch Distance Selling Act.
Please note: This right applies exclusively to consumers and only to standard products.
Custom-made items – such as our acoustic panels or pinboards – are excluded from return
Return conditions
To process your return, the following conditions apply:
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original, undamaged packaging.
- The return request must be submitted to us in writing within 14 days of delivery.
- Multiple identical products have not been ordered within the same order. In this case, we will assess the return request only by mutual agreement, which includes checking whether the products are still unopened.
Important: for larger quantities, we recommend that you contact us in advance for advice or a trial order. - The product must be returned to us correctly and only after approval of your return request.
Return transport via StudioVIX
To prevent damage to the product and the environment, and to ensure a smooth return process, StudioVIX arranges return transport via an authorised carrier. Return costs are borne by the customer and calculated as follows:
- €9.95 incl. VAT for a standard parcel
- €49.00 incl. VAT for larger items via general freight
- €95.00 incl. VAT for pallet shipments
If your order consists of multiple parcels, costs apply per individual parcel.
Until the item is collected by our carrier, you remain responsible for the condition and packaging of the product.
Return exceptions
Returns are unfortunately not possible in the following cases:
- Custom-made products (such as specially made acoustic panels, pinboards or personalised designs)
- Damaged or used products
- Products that cannot be returned in their original, undamaged packaging
Return request in 3 steps
- Send an email to info@studiovix.nl with your order number, the product in question, and the reason for return.
- You will receive confirmation from us, along with return transport information.
- We will schedule the collection and send you instructions for preparing the parcel.
